Refund Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's exactly how returns and refunds work at Toynish.
Return window
You have 3 days from the delivery date to request a return for any unused item in its original packaging. Items must be in the same condition in which you received them.
How to start a return
Email us at hello@toynish.in with your order number and the reason for the return. We respond within 24 hours with a return shipping label and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unsolicited returns cannot be tracked to your order.
Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, please allow a further 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. We will notify you by email at each step.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging at hello@toynish.in. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — you do not need to return the damaged item.
Items not eligible for return
- Items that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear
- Items returned without their original packaging
- Return requests made after the 3-day window
- Items purchased at a clearance discount marked "final sale" (if applicable at the time of purchase)
A note on handcrafted products
Every Toynish product is individually handcrafted from natural wood. Minor variations in grain, colour, and finish are characteristics of the craft, not defects, and are not grounds for a damaged-item claim.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched by emailing hello@toynish.in with your order number. Once dispatched, the standard return process applies.
